FAQ’s (8 Frequently Asked Questions)
  1. What do I do first to start my class?
    Once you have purchased a class of your choice a receipt is sent to the e-mail address you listed. On this receipt there are “blue links” listed where you can click to download your course interactive workbook. Be sure to download all parts of your class as some classes have more than one download item.
  2. How do I turn in assignments?
    Each module or assignment that you complete needs to have your full name and STARS ID number at the top. Then you can copy/paste it into an e-mail or send it as an attachment. Please put your assignment number on the Subject line. Each assignment is to be e-mailed to:
    starsmeritclasses@gmail.com The final assignment
    is completed by clicking the workbook link for assignment #5 and submitting the test & course evaluation on the form.
  3. How will I know you received my assignment?
    Immediately after we receive your assignment an automatic response e-mail goes out to let you know we got it.
  4. How do I know if my assignment passed?
    You will be notified if your assignment or module is incomplete or incorrect (below 70%) . You will be allowed to re-do your work and submit a corrected version.
  5. Do I need to wait between assignments?
    NO – please do not wait, continue on completing as many assignments as you like. There will be time to make corrections if needed. We send out a final review once all all assignments are in.
  6. How much time do I have to complete my class?
    All classes must be completed before Dec 31, 2022.
  7. How soon will my STARS hours show up in my MERIT records?
    Once your class is completed the total hours for your class (10 hours) will be recorded in your MERIT file. This should show up within one week after your class is finished and you have received your Certificate.
  8. What do I do if I have a question or concern?

​Our Refund policy:
If you are dissatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days a full refund will be honored. After the first month, if you find the need to change to a different "STARS on the Internet" course this will be allowed up to 6 months after your registration date.
